Mohammed S. Huque, Ph. D.

Dr. Huque has more than 25 years of experience in the energy/infrastructure sector, succeeding as a developer of infrastructure projects.

He is a specialist in project financing and has worked extensively with multi-lateral financing agencies (World Bank Group, Asian Development Bank) and export credit agencies.

Dr. Huque has served as senior executive with multi nationals such as Westinghouse Electric Corporation and Marathon Oil/Duquesne Light, to name a few. He has lived and worked in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Japan.

Dr. Huque earned a Ph. D. in economics from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom and is a past fellow of the the Leadership Institute, Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
